About the Author
Mark Millican is a retired newspaper editor who still freelance writes for area papers and regional magazines. He stays in the outdoors as a certified soil erosion inspector, and also pastors a small church. He has 11 grandchildren, and he and wife Teresa enjoy hiking, traveling, reading and spending time with family.
